Living, loving and selling the Whitsundays is a passion for Lynne Erricker who has lived in the Whitsundays for 50 years. She has four generations of her family living in the area and can be classed as a real local.When entering real estate, Lynne got her full licence before she started working as an agent. It is a passion that has flowed through to the family and together with her husband, she owned and operated her own real estate office. Prior to working in real estate, Lynne worked in local law firms with her last position being Property Transfer Manager. In this capacity, she specialized in conveyancing of residential houses, units and land; conveyancing of commercial properties and business; off-the-plan subdivisions of land and units; inter-related transfers; and commercial and retail shop leasing. Lynne loves working in real estate and is often quoted as saying that she Lives in Paradise and works in Heaven.
