Whitsunday Sailing Club – famous for Airlie Beach Race Week, Great Whitsunday Fun Race and the Whitsunday Maritime Training Centre.
Situated right on the point in Airlie Beach with stunning water views, the club has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and also features the must-see Balinese Pavilion. With one of the best views in the Whitsundays, the Whitsunday Sailing Club is a very special place to share a meal or a few drinks with friends.
We welcome members and visitors to enjoy a drink or meal on the large, all weather balcony while watching the lunchtime activity on the water or marvelling at the beautiful tropical sunsets over Pioneer Bay and the islands. The bar is open seven days a week from 10am and the bistro serves lunch and dinner every day.
Given that WSC is situated on some of the world's best sailing waters, with flat waters and predominantly off shore South Easterly breeze, the club provides a challenging, but safe environment for both learn to sail and experienced sailors.
